The international nature of the competition aims to achieve an intercultural enrichment based on the different types of relationships between fashion and art.
The designs submitted must have some connection with art, referring to for example:
- * 1st stage: 3 months after the announcement of the competition, a Commission, set up specifically for the competition and made up of leading professionals in the sector, will choose 30 candidates from amongst contestants in both categories. These candidates will be asked to complete the manufacture of their three designs in fabric and to present their accessories as finished articles in their definitive materials.
- * 2nd stage: During the second stage, and after a period of two and a half months for the execution of the work, a Jury called for the occasion will select a winner in each category from amongst the 30 candidates chosen by the above mentioned Commission.
