GUCCI crafts
A cultural exchange in the heart of Korea. The Korea Furniture Museum in Seoul welcomes between 25 April and 12 May a very special exhibition.
From the Museum Gucci in Florence will travel to Korea more than 80 pieces of Italian brand file and may be seen in the exhibition A timeless touch of craftsmanship: the heritage of Korea and Gucci 91-year history.
This exhibition will offer unique pieces against the Korean furniture craftsmen in a 'Hanok', a traditional Korean house.
The aim is to promote the value of traditional craftsmanship and transmit the universal message that transcends time master artisan and borders.
The 91-year history and impeccable Gucci crafts have been kept by Italian craftsmen, many of whom have been working with the brand generations. This special exhibition reflects the appreciation of Gucci by Korean heritage, in line with the philosophy of the House of genuine respect its own roots and its tradition of craftsmanship.
